Requirements & policies
No surprises — here's the fine print, minus the fine print.
Minimum age
Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
License & insurance
Bring a valid driver's license and proof of insurance at pickup. The license is verified in person by our staff.
Security deposit
A refundable hold is pre-authorized on your card at booking (amount shown per vehicle). It is only captured for damages or extra charges and releases after a clean return.
Fuel policy
Every car goes out with a full tank — return it full. Refueling is charged at $12 per ⅛ tank short.
Late returns
A late fee of $25 per started hour applies after your scheduled return time, capped at one day's rate.
Mileage allowance
Each vehicle includes a per-day mileage allowance (shown on its page). Overage is billed per mile at the vehicle's posted rate.
Cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund — online via the booking lookup, or by phone.
Payment
The full rental amount is paid securely at booking.
